Reports of 60 youth gone missing in Kashmir, amid Taliban takeover of Afghanistan, fake: IGP Kashmir

Srinagar, Sept 01 (KNS): The Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone, Vijay Kumar Wednesday said that the reports of 60 youth gone missing from different parts of Kashmir valley were baseless and fake.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), IGP said that the reports of 60 youth gone missing amid Taliban takeover of Afghanistan were totally fake and baseless.

Meanwhile, Kashmir Zone police on its official Twitter handle, while quoting IGP Kashmir said: “Some #SocialMedia platforms are running that 60 youth have gone #missing from different parts of the #Kashmir Valley amid the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. This is totally #fake news.” (KNS)
