Commemorative online seminar organized by PU

 

 

Puducherry, Mar 25 :  On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Pondicherry University (PU) and Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (HS-Koblenz, RheinAhrCampus), Germany , the Department of Management Studies, Pondicherry University and International Affairs office, HS-Koblenz organized a commemorative online seminar on the theme Study in Germany.

According to a PU release on Thursday, the seminar highlighted the opportunities for MBA students studying in Pondicherry University to pursue a fully-funded semester at HS-Koblenz, Germany through the prestigious Erasmus scholarship from the European Union.

The online seminar had a session on Intercultural learning abroad by Prof.Laurent Borgmann, Head of International Affairs at HS-Koblenz and a session on how to prepare for a semester at RheinAhrCampus by Ms Arya Selsela, Research Associate & Incoming support in-charge at HS-Koblenz.

They presented the potential benefits, expectations and a glimpse of life at RheinAhrCampus, Germany. It was followed by a presentation by the four students who have completed their semester abroad in Germany wherein they highlighted the study conditions, personal experiences and interesting academic experiences they had in Germany.

The online seminar was attended by about 160 participants and it served to oriented the first year MBA students on the expectations and preparations to do for such student exchange opportunities with the International partner universities.
