‘Shaleen Kabra Gets Additional Revenue Charge as J&K Govt Orders Reshuffle of 49 IAS, JKAS Officers’
Srinagar, Oct 07: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Wednesday ordered a major administrative reshuffle involving 49 IAS and JKAS officers, with Mamta Yadav, IAS, posted as Director, Information, J&K, Basharat Qayoom, IAS, appointed as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) and Shaleen Kabra, IAS, assigned additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department.
A copy of the order, accessed by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said the transfers and postings have been ordered with immediate effect in the interest of administration.
The order reads: Shaleen Kabra, IAS (AGMUT: 1992), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department (Additional charge of the posts of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K and Administrative Secretary, Estates Department), shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department relieving Sh. Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS of the additional charge.
Dr. Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS (AGMUT: 1994), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department (Additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production Department) is transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Agriculture Production Department.
Sarmad Hafeez, IAS (AGMUT: 2009) Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department.
Sh. Ramesh Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 2011) Divisional Commissioner, Jammu (Additional charge of the posts of Additional CEO, Jammu Metropolitan Regional Development Authority and Resident Commissioner, J&K Govt., New Delhi) is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Culture Department and continue to hold the charge of Resident Commissioner, J&K Govt., New Delhi.
Naveen S L, IAS (AGMUT: 2012), Secretary to the Government, Civil Aviation Department (Addl. charge of Commissioner, Civil Aviation) is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K.
Ms. Avny Lavasa, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), Secretary to the Government, Transport Department (Additional Charge of the posts of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol Department and Tribal Affairs Department) is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department. She shall continue to hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.
Ms. Anjali Sehrawat, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Public Grievances Department.
Vikas Kundal, IAS (AGMUT: 2013) Chairman, J&K Services Selection Board is transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Additional CEO, Jammu Metropolitan Regional Development Authority.
Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, IAS (AGMUT: 2013) Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Registration, J&K relieving Dr. Sagar Doifode Dattatray, IAS of the additional charge.
Rahul Yadav, IAS (AGMUT: 2014) Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited (Additional charge of MD, JK Power Corporation Limited) is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department relieving Sh.
