Hubbali airport ranks third in customer satisfaction

Hubballi, Mar 3 : The Hubballi Airport secured a third place among the airports in the Southern region and fifteenth nationwide in a Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) conducted by the Airport Authority of India (AAI) for the period July – December 2020, a press statement issued here on Wednesday said.
Mr Pramod Kumar Thakre, Director of the Hubballi Airport said that round two of the survey was conducted by the Airport Authority of India for the 56 airports in the country, having a flow of below 15 lakh passengers annually. There were several parameters such as overall customer satisfaction with regard to passport control, security, airport facilities, environment, services and travel profile etc, he added.
Mr Thakre thanked all the stakeholders in Hubballi airport for extending their best services to their customers and also the passengers for using the Hubballi Airport which helped in securing the ranks. As improvement is a continuous process in providing better Services as passenger satisfaction is paramount to us, Mr Thakre added.
