Srinagar, July 21: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Tuesday said the entire administrative machinery across the Kashmir Valley has been placed on high alert in view of the prevailing weather conditions, with all departments directed to remain vigilant and 24×7 control rooms activated to monitor the situation and respond to emergencies.

Speaking to reporters, as per news agency JKNS, Div Com Garg said district administrations, disaster management authorities, emergency services and other line departments have been instructed to maintain close coordination to minimise the impact of adverse weather and ensure protection of life and property.
