Srinagar, July 20: At least two persons were killed and several others injured after shooting stones struck a bus and a few other vehicles at Raggi Nallah along the National Highway in Doda district on Monday, officials said.

Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the incident occurred amid continuous shooting stones and mudslides in the area, leaving two persons dead and several others injured. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The identities of both deceased persons and the injured are yet to be ascertained, officials said, adding that the highway has been closed to traffic due to mudslides and shooting stones.
