Weather Department Forecasts Light Rain Till June 29, Widespread Showers Likely on June 30

Srinagar, June 25,: The Meteorological Department has forecast generally partly cloudy weather across Jammu and Kashmir over the coming days, with chances of light rainfall at isolated places until June 29.
According to the department, the weather is expected to remain partly cloudy from June 25 to June 29, with intermittent light rain likely at isolated locations across the Union Territory.
The MeT Department has further predicted a change in weather conditions on June 30, when light to heavy rainfall is expected over most parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
The department has advised locals, farmers and travellers to remain updated with the latest weather forecasts and follow advisories issued by the authorities, particularly in view of the possibility of widespread rainfall at the end of the month.  [KNT]
