Elvania Energies 369 Pvt Ltd to Launch “SheRide” Campaign — 7-Day Women Empowerment Initiative Likely in Srinagar

Srinagar: April 23:,  Elvania Energies 369 Pvt Ltd announced today, Thursday, that it is set to launch a special campaign titled “SheRide,” a 7-day initiative aimed at empowering women through sustainable mobility. The program is likely to be held in Srinagar.

The company’s CEO, Aarif Shafi Khaniyari, while sharing details, said:Under the theme “Empowering Women. Driving Sustainability. Creating Leaders,” the campaign has been designed as a structured and immersive journey to build confidence, encourage innovation, and strengthen leadership skills among women.

The initiative will commence with an opening ceremony and orientation session, featuring a keynote address on women’s empowerment through sustainable mobility. Participants will be introduced to the campaign’s broader vision and roadmap.

On the second day, an awareness workshop will explore key topics such as electric vehicles, road safety, and green energy. The session will bring together industry experts, female entrepreneurs, and environmental advocates to share practical insights and real-world experiences.

The third day will focus on ideation and innovation, where participants will register and submit their ideas and pitches under the theme “Women & Sustainable Mobility,” providing a platform for forward-looking solutions in the EV sector.

A hands-on experience will follow on the fourth day with a product showcase and live test rides of advanced electric two-wheelers developed by Elvania. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with the company’s technical team.

The fifth day will shift towards digital empowerment, offering a workshop on personal branding and online presence, followed by a social media challenge to amplify participant voices.

On the sixth day, participants will undergo practical training in EV operations and safety, along with a quiz competition and team-based activities designed to evaluate knowledge, collaboration, and leadership.

The campaign will culminate on the seventh day with a grand finale and awards ceremony. Winners will be selected based on idea submissions, quiz performance, social media engagement, and overall participation. The top prize includes an electric scooter, followed by a smartphone for second place and a smartwatch with a certificate for third place, while all participants will receive certificates of appreciation.

According to company’s CEO, Aarif Shafi Khaniyari, the initiative reflects its commitment not only to promoting eco-friendly transportation but also to creating opportunities for women to lead innovation in the sustainable mobility space.

The event is expected to conclude with a closing ceremony, group photo session, and a formal vote of thanks, marking the end of a week dedicated to empowerment, innovation, and community building.
