Two Foreign Nationals Killed After Drone Crash in Oman
According to Oman’s state media, two people have been killed after a drone crashed.A security source told the Omani News Agency that a drone crashed in the Al-Awahi industrial area of Sohar, killing two foreign nationals and injuring several others.
Another drone also crashed in an open area in Sohar, but no casualties were reported.The agency added that authorities in Oman are investigating both incidents.
Iran Claims It Targeted and ‘Disabled’ US Aircraft Carrier USS Abraham Lincoln
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed it targeted the US aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln with missiles and drones.

According to Iran’s state news agency IRNA, the IRGC said the strike had “disabled” the US naval carrier group and forced it to retreat.
The statement said the US fleet was targeted on Thursday in the Sea of Oman, about 340 kilometers from Iran’s maritime borders.
Iran also claimed that key facilities of the carrier group—including anti-drone defense systems, drone storage and maintenance areas, support equipment, and fuel tanks—were hit with precision missiles and drones.
Meanwhile, the US Central Command said in its own statement that the USS Abraham Lincoln continues to participate in Operation Epic Fury and is still carrying out its operations at sea.
Killing Senior Iranian Government Figures Is ‘An Honor for Me’: Trump
US President Donald Trump has described the killing of members of the Iranian government by the US military as a “great honor” for him.

Posting on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump wrote: “We are completely destroying Iran’s terrorist government militarily, economically, and in other ways.”
Trump alleged that for 47 years Iran has been killing innocent people around the world and said that as the 47th President of the United States he is now eliminating them.
He also claimed that Iran’s navy has been destroyed, its air force no longer exists, and its missiles, drones, and other capabilities are being wiped out along with its leadership.
“We have enormous weapons and tremendous military power, and plenty of time. Watch what happens to these people today,” he added.
Saudi Arabia Claims to Have Intercepted Eight More Drones
A spokesperson for the Saudi Ministry of Defense said the country’s air defenses have shot down eight more drones.
According to the statement, the drones were intercepted in central and eastern regions, including areas around Al-Kharj and Riyadh.
Earlier, the Saudi Ministry of Defense had reported intercepting and destroying 14 drones in a new wave of attacks, followed by the announcement of eight additional drones being shot down.
Dozens Injured in Missile Attack on Israel; Residents Told to Remain Indoors
Israeli emergency services have confirmed that dozens of people were injured after a missile struck a village in northern Israel early Friday morning.
MDA (Magen David Adom) ambulance service said medical teams treated 58 injured people and transferred them to local hospitals near Nazareth.
According to Israeli media, one woman was moderately injured after being struck by a sharp fragment of the missile, while the remaining 57 people suffered minor injuries caused by shattered glass.
The Israeli military said Home Front Command personnel had been deployed to the scene.In a statement, the military said its forces are assessing the situation on the ground in coordination with emergency and rescue services to clear the area.
In a separate statement, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed that missiles had been launched from Iran toward Israel.
The Israeli military said on Telegram that it was attempting to intercept the missiles fired toward Israel.

Authorities have also sent warning alerts to mobile phones in affected areas and instructed residents to remain in safe locations until further notice.
