Jammu, February 25: Security forces on Wednesday recovered arms and ammunition including IEDs were recovered by security forces in Kasbalari Mendhar area of Poonch.
Officials told GNS that security forces during routine patrolling recovered a suspicious black bag.
With atmost care during the inspection of bag, 1 large IED weighing 4.5 Kg, small IED, 2 Chinese grenades, one 9mm pistol, two 9mm rounds, twenty two 7.62 mm rounds and one old black bag were recovered.
Later, the bomb disposal squad of army took IEDs to secure location and simultaneously destroyed without any damage.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered in Police Station Mendhar.(GNS)
