BJP real enemy of J&K, accuses NC legislator Tanvir Sadiq

Jammu, Feb 10,: National Conference legislator Tanvir Sadiq on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party, alleging that it has consistently worked against the interests of Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking to reporters, Tanvir Sadiq said the BJP has remained in “destruction mode” instead of contributing to the development and stability of the region. He alleged that the party’s policies and political approach have caused damage to Jammu and Kashmir rather than strengthening its institutions.

The NC legislator also took aim at the Leader of the Opposition, saying he lacked a basic understanding of Jammu and Kashmir’s affairs. He said the LoP speaks without proper knowledge of issues concerning the region and that his statements carry little political or administrative weight.

Tanvir Sadiq said such remarks only reflect political immaturity and do not contribute to meaningful debate or resolution of issues faced by the people of Jammu and Kashmir. [KNT]
