Commandant General HG/CD & SDRF J&K Extends New Year 2026 Greetings

Srinagar, January 1,: On the occasion of New Year 2026, Shri A.G. Mir (IPS), Commandant General, Home Guards/Civil Defence & State Disaster Response Force , Jammu & Kashmir, extends his warm and heartfelt greetings to all officers/officials, HG/CD Volunteers of this organization and the people of Jammu & Kashmir.

Commandant General conveyed his sincere appreciation for the unwavering dedication, professionalism, and selfless service displayed by all ranks in safeguarding public safety, responding to disasters, and serving the community during challenging times.

He expressed confidence that the force will continue to uphold its proud traditions of discipline, resilience, and commitment in the year ahead.

In his message, he also called upon all personnel to renew their pledge to duty with greater zeal, integrity, and teamwork, and to remain ever prepared to face future challenges with courage and compassion.

He wished that the New Year 2026 brings peace, prosperity, good health, and happiness to every household across Jammu & Kashmir.
