Srinagar: A 55-year-old man from Budgam district died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle at Nagam area of Chadoora, officials said on Wednesday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the injured person, was hit by an unidentified vehicle while crossing the road at Nagam, Chadoora.
He said the man was initially taken to SDH Nagam and later referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased was identified as, Nazir Ahmad Bhat (55), a resident of Chari Sharif, Budgam.
