Bike collision on Sedow-Shopian road leaves four injured

Shopian, Aug 25,: Four persons sustained critical injuries in a road accident on the Sedow-Shopian road.

Police said the accident occurred when two motorcycles bearing registration numbers JK22A-7527 and JK22D-0655 collided head-on. The impact left four persons grievously injured.

Locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to the hospital, where two of them were later referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment.

The identities of the injured were ascertained as Hilal Ahmad Mir, Mukhtar Ahmed, Suhail Shabir, and Nisar Aslam, all residents of Chotipora village of Shopian.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
