Elvania Energies 369 Pvt Ltd to Launch First HLMD Unit in Bengaluru on June 21, Marking Bold Expansion into South India’s EV Market

Bengaluru,29th May:Elvania Energies 369 Pvt Ltd, an emerging player in India’s electric mobility landscape, is all set to inaugurate its first HLMD (Hyper Local Micro Dealership) Unit in Bengaluru on 21st June 2025—signaling its strategic foray into South India. This milestone unit will be operated by AL ABBAS AUTOMOBILES, under the stewardship of Mr. Jamaluddin Abdul Malik, who welcomed the move as a promising opportunity for local entrepreneurship.

“This is a super opportunity for us to be part of a high-growth business model like HLMD. We are thrilled to announce that the ELI-EV two-wheeler brand of Elvania will soon be on the roads of Bengaluru, starting from Alipur,” said Mr. Malik.

The HLMD model, a copyrighted innovation by Elvania Energies, is specifically designed to build hyper-local, youth-led, and entrepreneur-friendly distribution networks in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.Elvania’s Founder and CEO, Mr. Aarif Shafi Khanyari, emphasized the broader vision behind this launch:

“The launch of our first HLMD unit in Bengaluru is more than just a business expansion—it’s the first major step in our vision of democratizing EV entrepreneurship across India. Bengaluru is symbolic, being South India’s innovation capital. From here, we envision rapid expansion throughout the southern states.”

In parallel with its southern expansion, the company is gearing up to unveil its first CDU (Company Depot Unit) in Delhi on 10th June 2025, which will function as the northern operations and logistics hub.

“We’re building a nationwide network. Our goal is 1,000 HLMD units and 25 CDU hubs across 25 Indian states, giving aspiring entrepreneurs—especially youth and women—an affordable, scalable opportunity in the green mobility revolution,” said Mr. Khanyari.
“This is not just about selling vehicles. It’s about creating jobs, empowering local economies, and giving people a meaningful stake in the EV future.”

Elvania’s expansion blueprint includes upcoming HLMD units in Kashmir, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ranchi, Noida, Chennai, and other key locations, reflecting a surge in pan-India demand. The company’s ELI-EV two-wheelers, noted for their innovation, durability, and design excellence, are the centerpiece of this ambitious growth strategy.

With its HLMD model serving as a transformative catalyst, Elvania Energies 369 Pvt Ltd is rapidly positioning itself as a driving force in India’s electric vehicle revolution.
