Srinagar, May 28: A six-member delegation of the Shiv Sena, led by senior parliamentarian Sanjay Raut, is scheduled to visit Jammu and Kashmir in the first week of June.
The delegation will visit border areas to express solidarity with the people affected by cross-border shelling from Pakistan.

During their visit, the delegation is also likely to meet Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.

The purpose of the visit is to assess the situation on the ground and stand in solidarity with the families who have lost loved ones in cross-border shelling.
