Srinagar: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Thursday extended his greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the sacred occasions of Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat-ul-Vida.

In his message of felicitation, the Apni Party President said, “These revered occasions hold great religious and historical significance and are a blessing for us. Shab-e-Qadr is the night of forgiveness, and on this sacred night, Almighty Allah chose to reveal the Holy Qur’an to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) for the guidance of mankind. This blessed night offers us a precious opportunity to seek Allah’s forgiveness and to embrace His boundless mercy, blessings, and generosity.”

He added, “Jumat-ul-Vida holds profound significance and immense spiritual importance for Muslims worldwide, as it is one of the holiest days and serves as a heartfelt farewell to Ramadan—a month of deep reflection, devotion, and fasting.”

Extending his heartfelt greetings to the people, especially the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir,  Altaf Bukhari said, “On these sacred occasions, I extend my warmest wishes to the people, particularly the Muslim community of Jammu and Kashmir. I also urge worshipers and devotees to pray for the communal harmony, enduring peace, and prosperity for the people of J&K.”

Apni Party President called upon the concerned authorities to ensure the smooth availability of basic facilities, including transportation, electricity, first aid, and water supply, for the devotees throughout the night of prayers on Shab-e-Qadr.
