PM Modi, HM Amit Shah and LG Sinha extends wishes on International Women’s Day

Srinagar:Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended his greetings to Nari Shakti on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

In a post on X, PM Modi wrote, “We bow to our Nari Shakti on #WomensDay! Our Government has always worked for empowering women, reflecting in our schemes and programmes.”

“Today, as promised, my social media properties will be taken over by women who are making a mark in diverse fields!” he added.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also extended his greetings to the Nari Shakti on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

In a post on X, Amit Shah wrote, “Warm greetings on International Women’s Day. Through centuries, Nari Shakti has empowered our civilisation to progress and win.”

“Modi Ji, through his vision of women-led development, has revived their historical stature and enshrined womanhood at the centre of nation building.” he added.

“May this day ignite new inspiration to accelerate our journey in this noble pursuit.” Amit Shah wrote.

Meanwhile, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended his greetings to Nari Shakti for shaping nation’s progress on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

In a post on X, LG  wrote, “On Int’l Women’s Day, greetings to Nari Shakti for shaping our nation’s progress. Greater women’s participation in workforce will drive India towards becoming a developed nation.”

“Let us empower Nari Shakti in every sector and make them lead country’s development journey.”he added.
