Srinagar: A large gathering of worshippers was observed at the historic Jamia Masjid Srinagar on the first Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. Speaking on the occasion, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq highlighted the immense significance of this blessed month, emphasizing that it provides a profound opportunity to connect with Allah.
Mirwaiz stressed the importance of Taqwa (piety and consciousness of Allah), stating that by embracing it, we can transform ourselves into better individuals and collectively build a better society.
