IGP Kashmir urged the officers to adhere to established procedures and deepen their understanding of the UAPA in order to conduct investigations in a logical and systematic manner. He stressed the need for meticulous case management, with a focus on the admissibility of evidence and the development of clear action plans.
Furthermore, IGP Kashmir underscored the importance of maintaining high standards in documentation, including writing comprehensive case diaries, preparing memos, and drafting well-structured charge sheets to secure convictions.
