DLSA organises special Lok Adalat at  District Court Complex

Shopian: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Shopian today organized Special Lok-Adalat on Traffic Challans & Electricity Bills in the ADR Centre District Court Complex Shopian.

The Lok-Adalat was held under the directions of Chairman DLSA & Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Shopian Noor Mohd Mir and under the guidance of Mudasar Farooq Secretary DLSA Shopian.

In the said Lok Adalat 01 Bench was constituted by the DLSA headed by Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Shopian Rameen Rashid Khan and Deputy LADC Shopian Adv. Rafie Ahmad as bench member.

A total no of  one hundred eighty one cases were taken up for amicable settlement, wherein (169) one hundred sixty nine cases were successfully resolved with a settlement amount Rs 42000.
