Sealed Medical Centre in Harwan to Reopen Soon, Assures MLA Salman Sagar

Srinagar: The sealed medical centre of Hakeem Ghulam Qadir Reshi in Saidpora Harwan area of Srinagar outskirt is set to reopen in the coming days, MLA Hazratbal, Salman Sagar said today.
The announcement came during his visit to the residence of Hakeem Reshi and his followers, where he pledged his full support and assured genuine assistance.
The medical centre had been sealed by authorities in an effort to curb quackery, raising concerns about public health and the authenticity of treatments offered. Speaking to the media, Salman Sagar emphasized the importance of ensuring public health and warned that fake medicines, if found, would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Salman Sagar also stressed that while strict action would be taken against malpractice, baseless complaints against medical practitioners would not be entertained. He urged the public to cooperate in distinguishing genuine practices from quackery.
The reopening of the medical centre will be a relief to Hakeem Reshi’s followers, who expressed gratitude for the MLA’s intervention. Authorities are expected to ensure that the clinic complies with health and safety regulations before resuming operations.[KNT]
