IGP Kashmir Congratulates JKP For Gallantry Medals, Pays Tribute To Late DySP Himayun Muzammil Bhat

Srinagar: Inspector General of Police Kashmir V K Birdi-IPS on Saturday congratulated Jammu and Kashmir Police for being awarded Gallantry Medals on this Republic day and also paid Tribute To fallen hero DySP Himayun Muzammil Bhat for posthumously awarded for Gallantry Medal.

The Kashmir Police Zone on their official handle on X wrote,IGP Kashmir congratulates J&K Police officers/officials for being awarded Gallantry Medals on this RepublicDay! He wishes the brave awardees for their exemplary courage and dedication.

Also, it reads, J&K Police pays rich tribute to our fallen hero DySP Himayun Muzammil Bhat, posthumously awarded the Gallantry Medal for his exceptional courage and sacrifice.(GNS).
