‘Rift’ between Omar and Ruhulla a ‘fixed match’: BJP’s Sunil Sharma

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir BJP Legislative Party leader Sunil Sharma Tuesday claimed that the ongoing ‘rift’ between National Conference leaders Omar Abdullah and Aga Ruhullah is a calculated strategy to divert public attention from the ruling party’s unfulfilled promises.

Sharma described the reported tensions within the NC as a “fixed match,” accusing the party of using internal conflicts as a distraction from pressing issues such as unemployment, unfulfilled commitments of free electricity, and the restoration of Article 370.

Sunil Sharma claimed that: “National Conference MLAs are increasingly unhappy with Omar Abdullah’s leadership. This dissatisfaction has forced him to delay the much-anticipated cabinet expansion, as any such move could expose and deepen the internal divisions within the party.” [KNT]
