Mission YUVA: IEC awareness programme on Baseline Survey held at Kulgam

Kulgam: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan Tuesday presided over the Udyam Jagriti (2.0) IEC Awareness programme regarding Baseline Survey under Mission YUVA at Mini-Secretariat Kulgam.

The DC emphasised upon all the officers and officials involved in Baseline Survey to carry out the assigned task with utmost diligence & professionalism.

Assuring enumerators of all the possible support from District Administration, DC informed the audience that dedicated committees including Monitoring Committee and Control room have been set up to provide all the possible technical expertise and help as and when required by the field investigators/enumerators.

Further, while directing for adhering to the timelines regarding accomplishment of the task, the DC laid emphasis on high quality and accurate data capturing so that prospective beneficiaries can be identified to facilitate their livelihood/employment generation under Mission YUVA.

ADDC and DSEO Kulgam in their address requested people of Kulgam to cooperate and provide correct information and details to the visiting enumerators/investigators. The enumerators were also instructed to disseminate the information among target groups about the robust support mechanism envisaged under Mission YUVA.

Contents/Videos were displayed and deliberated upon during the event.

Besides Additional District Development Commissioner Kulgam, District Statistics & Evaluation Officer Kulgam, Career Counselling Officer & Employment officer DE&CC Kulgam, the IEC programme was attended by Supervisors, Master Trainers & Enumerators.
