Kulgam : A 26-year-old dumper driver was found hanging in Tukutachloo, Khudwani area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Monday morning.

A police officer told the news agency JKNS that 26-year old person (Name witheld) was found hanging near the Tukutachloo area of Kulgam.
He said the body was first spotted by locals hanging on a tree, who then informed the police.
The police went to the spot and took the body into custody. Meanwhile Police have taken up cognizance, and further investigation has started.
