After the massive success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Madhuri Dixit is now taking the world of real estate by storm. As per a report by Hindustan Times, the actor is renting out an office space in Andheri West for a rent of a whopping Rs 3 lakhs per month.

She has leased her office space to a private company, as per the report. The report also states that the rental agreement was done on November 13, with a security deposit of Rs 9 lakh. The rent of Rs 3 lakh is valid for the first year, and from the next year onwards, it will be Rs 3.15 lakh.

Coming to the details of the property, located in an upscale residential complex in Lower Parel, it spans across 5,384 square feet. Complete with seven parking spots, Madhuri had purchased the Rs 48 crore, along with a stamp duty of Rs 2.4 crore.

In Bollywood, the concept of real estate investments as an extra source of income is not new. Several stars like Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and more have invested in commercial properties.

Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput were recently in the news for renting out their Worli apartment in Mumbai for a whopping Rs 20 lakh per month under a five-year contract. The lease was completed in November 2024, and included a security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore.

On the work front, Madhuri Dixit was last seen in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, along with Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan and Tripti Dimrii in lead roles. The movie minted over Rs 400 crore worldwide.
