Srinagar Police launches helpline for public grievances related to Police verifications

Srinagar: Srinagar Police today unveiled a helpline for resolving issues related to various police verification services.
The initiative aims to simplify the process for citizens and ensure timely responses.
In a X post, Police said, “Srinagar Police has introduced a dedicated helpline to address public grievances related to police verifications, including passport verification, police clearance certificates (PCC), government/private employee verification, and tenant verification etc.

The helpline will be operational on all working days from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Citizens can call or send a WhatsApp message to the designated numbers for assistance with these services.
