Featuring local talent,film ‘Pyar mein Qurban’ set for release on December 20 nation-wide

Shot in Valley, film showcases stunning landscapes, serene beauty, rich heritage of Kashmir, serene: Director Zubair K. Khan

Srinagar:The Feature film Pyaar Mei Qurban, shot against the breathtaking backdrop of Kashmir, is set for a nationwide release on December 20 this year.

Directed by Zubair K. Khan, the film combines elements of romance with a strong cultural narrative, making it a highly anticipated project.

Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Director Khan said the film showcases the stunning landscapes of the Kashmir Valley, integrating the region’s rich heritage and serene beauty into its storytelling.

Featuring a talented cast that includes well-known Kashmiri actor Imtiyaz Bhat, along with a soulful soundtrack composed by Ebadat Bhat, the film has already captured attention through its promotional songs and teasers.

“The film is expected to give viewers a unique glimpse into Kashmiri life and culture, elevating both its visual appeal and emotional depth,” Khan said, adding that the movie will be released on December 20 nation-wide.

Khan shared his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “This film is not just about love; it’s about the spirit of Kashmir and the resilience of its people. The stunning landscapes of the valley are not just a backdrop; they play an integral part in the story we are telling. Through this film, we hope to bring the beauty and culture of Kashmir to audiences across India.”

Pyaar Mei Qurban is a collaborative effort that highlights the local talent of Kashmir and it is poised to resonate with audiences nationwide. With its heartfelt narrative, beautiful cinematography and evocative music, the film is set to become an emotional journey that reflects the human spirit, love and the enduring charm of Kashmir.

The short film Pyaar Mei Qurban boasts an incredible production team and a talented ensemble cast. Produced by M. Tasleem and Imtiyaz Bhat, the film stars Arun Bakshi, Ebadat Bhat, Zubair K. Khan, Shakti Singh, Imtiyaz Bhat, Roma Arora, Natasha Majhi, Zeshan Ahmed and Parvez, among others. The film features a gripping soundtrack with music composed by Karan Singh, Sumit Sharma, and Afzal, while the song lyrics and vocals are provided by Ebadat Bhat.

The action sequences are crafted by Shabuddin Shaikh with cinematography by Retaish and Santosh Pal. Dilip Mistry lends his expertise as the choreographer, while Shahzad Alam Khan takes care of the casting. The screenplay and dialogues, which promise to enhance the emotional depth of the film, are written by Pradeep Singh Rishiraj.
