Jammu will erupt in protests if Omar-led Govt fails to advertise lecturer posts for Hindi, Sanskrit PGs: BJP MLA Randhwa

‘400 PG’s in Hindi, 150 in Sanskrit, Advertise posts for them forthwith’

Jammu: Senior BJP leader and MLA Vikram Randhawa thursday staged a protest in Jammu over non-inclusion of Hindi posts in the recently referred 575 lecturer posts by the government to Public Service Commission (PSC)

The MLA  threatened to launch a stir across Jammu if the Omar Abdullah led government fails to advertise posts for Hindi and Sanskrit lecturers.

The Jammu and Kashmir School education department recently officially referred 575 lecturer (s) posts to the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission for direct quota recruitment

Talking to reporters in Jammu as per news agency KINS ,Randhawa said that the Omar-led government has failed to advertise posts for qualified Hindi and Sanskrit post graduates as preference has been given to just Urdu speaking people.

“I urge the Omar led government to advertise plus-two lecture posts for qualified Hindi and Sanskirit Post Graduates forthwith. If the government fails to do so, the entire Jammu will erupt in protests,” he said.

The BJP MLA said that the government recently advertised 575 posts of lecturers but failed to include posts for Hindi and Sanskrit PGs.

“This won’t be tolerated. Omar will have to face all 28 MLAs of BJP on Jammu roads if it fails to advertise posts for Hindi and Sanskirt PGs,” the BJP leader said.

Meanwhile, scores of people staged a protest against the government in Jammu for sidelining the Hindi and Sanskrit PGs in the recent advertisement of 575 posts forwarded to the PSC .
