Pulwama: A woman died after falling off a moving motorcycle in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
Eyewitnesses told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that Rafiya Nazir, a resident of Talangam village sustained critical injuries after falling off from a bike.
The pillion rider, Rafiya was rushed to District Hospital Pulwama for treatment, but due to the severity of her injuries, she was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for advanced care. Unfortunately, she couldn’t recover from her injuries.
The police have taken cognizance of the incident and registered a case under relevant sections of law. [KNT]
