Jammu: The body of a retired government official was found on Tuesday near Batote area of Ramban district.
Officials told GNS that the dead body of a retired government employee was found by some locals this morning lying on a road.
Subsequently, a team of Police reached the spot and took possession of the body in their custody for medico-legal formalities.
He has been identified as Nalin Kotwal son of Jai Lal Kotwal resident of Dani Udrana Bhaderwah.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
