3 militants killed in Operation Asan in J&K’s Akhnoor: Army

Akhnoor, Oct 29: Indian Army today said that it killed 3 militants involved in the attack on an Army ambulance near Shivasan Temple in Battal Akhnoor.

The army said that all three militants have been neutralized in the Operation Asan.

Army said: “after round-the-clock surveillance throughout the night, an intense firefight unfolded this morning, resulting in a significant victory for our forces.”

Army added that relentless operations and tactical excellence have led to the killing of three militants.

“The operation also saw the successful recovery of war-like stores, marking a critical step in maintaining security in the region,” the Army said. [KNT]
