LG Assigns Portfolio To Omar’s Minsters

Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has allocated portfolios among ministers.

According to an order issued in this regard on October 17,  Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary has been assigned Public Works (R&B), Industries & Commerce, Mining, Labour & Employment, Development, and Skill Development Departments.

Sakina Masood (itoo) has been assigned departments of Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare.

Similarly, Javed Ahmed Rana has been entrusted with Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment, and Tribal Affairs.

Javid Ahmad Dar as been assigned Agriculture Production, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Cooperative departments. Besides he has been assigned Election related matters.

Satish Sharma has been assigned departments of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science and Technology, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, and ARI and Training.
