Sakina Itoo Sworn in as Cabinet Minister: Celebrations in DH.Pora

Kulgam: Sakina Itoo was sworn in today as a Cabinet Minister, marking her third term in this pivotal role known for her strong leadership and commitment to public service, Itoo has previously held ministerial positions two times, earning respect and recognition in her constituency.
The oath-taking ceremony, held at the SKICC  Srinagar, was attended by top officials and party members, reflecting Itoo’s significant political standing. Following the ceremony, jubilant celebrations erupted in her home constituency of DH.Pora, where supporters gathered to express their joy.
Locals celebrated with traditional music, dance, and festive decorations, showcasing their pride in having a leader with such a rich history of service. Residents highlighted Itoo’s previous contributions to the region, emphasizing her focus on development and community welfare.
Sitara Begum, the mother of newly appointed cabinet minister Sakina Ittoo while taking to media , extended her heartfelt thanks to the people of the DH.Pora Constituency for their unwavering support and enthusiasm. In a statement, she expressed her pride in her daughter’s achievement and noted that the entire constituency is celebrating this significant milestone.
