Search Operation Launched After Army Soldier Goes Missing In Anantnag: Army

Anantnag: Army on Wednesday said that it has jointly with JKP launched a massive Search Operation after an army soldier went missing yesterday in Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
In a X post the Chinar Corps of Army wrote, “Based on intelligence input, a joint counter terrorist operation was launched by IndianArmy alongwith @JmuKmrPolice & other agencies in Kazwan Forest Kokernag on 08 Oct 24. Operation continued overnight as one soldier of the Territorial Army was reported missing.

Massive rescue and search operation is in progress.
