Ganderbal : A non-local labourer allegedly committed suicide in the Arampora area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday.
An official told NVI that the deceased, a mechanic by profession from Uttar Pradesh, was found hanging in his rented room. Police rushed to the scene and confirmed the death.
The body is being shifted to District Hospital Ganderbal for medico-legal formalities and autopsy.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
