Leh: President Droupadi Murmu has arrived in Leh for a visit to Siachen, the world’s highest battlefield. She was warmly received by Lt. Governor of Ladakh Union Territory Brigadier (Dr.) BD Mishra at Thoise Airfield.

During her visit, President Murmu plans to visit the Siachen base camp and interact with the brave soldiers stationed there. This isn’t her first visit to Siachen; she previously visited in October last year and participated in various programs.
