Bijbehara: Peoples Democratic Party candidate for Srigufwara-Bijbehara assembly constituency and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti’s daughter Iltija Mufti on Wednesday cast her vote.
Iltija is contesting her maiden assembly election.
Srigufwara-Bijbehara is witnessing the electoral battle between three candidates including Iltija Mufti of PDP, NC’s Bashir Ahmad Veeri and BJP’s Sofi Yousuf.
Iltija is the third generation of the Mufti family to contest elections from Bijbehara seat.
