Srinagar: Irfan Manhas, the son of Zaffar Manhas, who was a candidate in the recent parliamentary elections from South Kashmir, is set to formally join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) later today.
As per the BJP Kashmir Media Cell, the joining ceremony will take place at 1 PM today at the Party headquarter Srinagar.
The ceremony will be attended by BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul.
A BJP leader confirmed the event, emphasizing that Irfan Manhas’ entry into the party will strengthen BJP’s Jammu and Kashmir outreach.
