Srinagar: A drug peddler and three addicts were arrested by police in the Pampore area for carrying and consumption of drugs, respectively.
In a statement a police spokesman said that the drug peddler, Danish Shafi Dar son of Mohd Shafi Dar, a resident of Samboora, was arrested during a naka checking at Bujbagh crossing by a team of police station Pampore.
“The arrested person was moving in a suspicious manner and during his search, an 11 grams of charas-like substance was recovered,” he said.
