Jammu: A potentially dangerous situation was averted when Jammu Police discovered an old, rusted grenade in the Resham Garh area of Bakshi Nagar Police Station. While on patrol, officers found the grenade and immediately called in the bomb disposal squad.

The squad safely removed the grenade from the scene and transported it to a secure location on the outskirts of Jammu, where it was destroyed in a controlled manner. The successful operation ensured public safety and prevented any potential harm.
