Anantnag: Bijbehara Police raid at Pazalpora Bijbehara, near Jadoo Point, leading to the seizure of approximately 950 litres of illicit country-made liquor.

In a statement issued to Asian Mail, police spokesperson said that the two individuals identified as Azad Singh and Suraj Chohan, originally from Akola, Maharashtra, and currently residing in Pazalpora, Bijbehara, have been arrested.

Meanwhile a case has been registered under FIR No. 168/2024, invoking Section 48 of the Excise Act at Police Station Bijbehara.
