Baramulla: Gurinderpal Singh (IPS) on today officially assumed his new role as the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for Baramulla district
“A formal handover of duties took place between the outgoing SSP, Amod Ashok Nagpure (IPS), and the incoming SSP, Gurinderpal Singh (IPS),” reads a handout.
It also reads, upon their arrival at the District Police Headquarters in Baramulla, both officers were welcomed by senior police officials, including SP Operations Baramulla Sh Feroz Yehya, SP Headquarters Baramulla Syed Yasir Qadri, AO DPHQ Baramulla, Javid Ahmad, CPO DPHQ Baramulla, Gulzar Ahmad, DySP Headquarters Baramulla Altaf Ahmad Khan and DySP DAR DPL Baramulla Ajay Kumar Hans, along with other officers from the district police headquarters.
