Flood-like situation in Keller Pulwama after occurrence of cloudburst, Rescue operation underway

Pulwama: Normal activities in Achgoza village in Keller in south Kashmir’s Pulwama, have been thrown out of gear in the aftermath of risen water levels in streams after occurrence of a cloudburst.

Reports reaching news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC) said that a cloudburst occurred at Chowan Keller has caused a flood-like situation in Achgoza as water has entered many residential houses and other structures.

Even as no damages have been reported from the area, a joint team of Revenue Department, SDRF and Police have launched a rescue operation to ensure safety of the locals.
