Two Children Dead,15 Others Fall Sick Due To Food Poisoning in Udhampur

Jammu: At Least two Children died and fifteen other fell sick due to Poisoning in Satyalata village in Udhampur district on Friday.

Officials told GNS that during a wedding in Udhampur two Children died and 15 others fell sick after taking food.Those two dead Children have been identified as Mohit(3 year old) son of Parshotam Singh and Suman Devi (12 year old) daughter of Mohan Lal.

Two Among the sick children have been shifted to GMC Jammu for advanced treatment as their condition is said to be critical, while 13 others are being treated at GMC Udhampur, they said.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
