Edu Leaders Summit & Awards Function Held in Srinagar To Celebrate Educational Excellence


Universal Mentors Association In Collaboration With PSAJK Hosts Event Focused On Inclusive, Diverse Learning Environments And Technology


Srinagar: In a groundbreaking event that brought together over 250 schools, the Universal Mentors Association, in collaboration with the Private Schools’ Association Jammu & Kashmir (PSAJK), hosted the first-ever Edu Leaders Summit & Awards function in Srinagar. This prestigious event aimed to recognize and honor the invaluable contributions of school leaders in fostering educational excellence, innovation and technology.
The summit featured a crucial discussion titled “Inclusive and Diverse Learning Environments” and “A Dialogue for School Leaders” in two sessions, where esteemed speakers delved into the significance of creating inclusive and diverse learning environments within schools. The dialogue focused on strategies to promote diversity among students and staff, develop inclusive curricula and policies, address equity and access issues, and cultivate a culture of respect and understanding.

PSAJK President G.N. Var said, “We are thrilled to see such a diverse and passionate group of educators come together to share their experiences and strategies for creating inclusive learning environments. This summit marks a significant step forward in our collective effort to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality education, regardless of their background. By fostering a culture of respect and understanding, we can build a brighter future for all our children in Jammu & Kashmir.”

Var also emphasized that the Private Schools’ Association Jammu & Kashmir (PSAJK) is committed to advocating for the needs and interests of private schools in the J&K region. PSAJK works tirelessly to promote educational standards, provide resources and support for school leaders, and ensure that all students receive a high-quality education.

“The Universal Mentors Association is dedicated to supporting and empowering educators and school leaders through innovative programs, professional development opportunities, and collaborative initiatives. Our mission is to foster educational excellence and leadership in schools across the nation,” said Sandeep Gulati, Chairman of the Universal Mentors Association.

Panelists shared their insights, successes, and challenges in promoting inclusivity, providing valuable perspectives for educators and administrators striving to create more equitable learning spaces.

The event also showcased leading service providers in education, including OMO Tech, Next Education, Bonton, MIT Pune, Sanfort Group of Schools, Horizon Magazine, Nature Nurture, View Sonic, Rocksport, Bluegate Publishers, SKID and School Decor.
