Seven arrested, vehicles seized in Kulgam: Police

Kulgam:  Kulgam Police along with officers of geology and mining department arrested seven persons and seized seven vehicles including (02 JCBs & 05 Tractors) involved in illegal extraction and transportation of Minerals from Vishaw river at Chahlan and other areas.
In this regard Cases vide FIR No. 107/2024 at Police station Kulgam and FIR No 70 & 71/2024 at Police station Qaimoh under relevant sections of law have been registered and investigation is taken up.
