Drug Peddler arrested, contraband substances recovered: Police

Sopore: Police arrested a drug peddler at Sopore on Wednesday and recovered Contraband substances from his possession.

In a statement issued to Asian mail, Police spokesperson said that the Police arrested a drug peddler named as Feroz Ahmad Kaboo S/O Khazir Mohammad Kaboo R/O Kralteng Sopore. He said that the 86 grams of contraband charas like substance was recovered from his possession.

In this regard, case FIR No. 163/2024 under relevant sections of NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Sopore & investigation has been initiated.
