Baramulla: Police have arrested 2 drug peddlers on Tuesday in Baramulla and recovered contraband substances from their possession.

In a statement issued to Asian Mail, Police spokesperson said that the Police arrested two drug peddlers identified as Hashim Ahmad Mir son of Farooq Ahmad & Aqib Ahmad Shah son of Gh Mohd both residents of Mulgam Kunzer. He said that 32 grams of contraband Charas like substance & Short digital Scaler was recovered from their possession. They were arrested and shifted to PS Kunzer where they remained in custody.

In this regard a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Kunzer and investigation has been initiated.
